Hu Zongnan broke up with his wife from his hometown and lived alone for a long time. However, after that, Dai Kasa introduced him to his lover, Ye Xiazhai, a female general of the military command. After Dai Kasa's death, Hu Zongnan felt very sad and decided to officially marry Ye as a memorial to Dai Kasa.
