From the morning of the 16th to the day, there are northwest winds of 4 to 5, gusts of 7, local gusts such as Jinghai and Xiqing will reach 8, and local gusts of 8 to 9 in the northern mountains of Jizhou. The forest fire risk level on that day is around 4 to 5. From midnight on the 16th to the daytime on the 17th, affected by another strong cold air, the wind increased, with northwest winds of 5 to 6, gusts of 7 to 8, and the northern regions were more windy, the gusts would reach about 9, and the forest fire risk level was 5. On the 17th, the temperature dropped significantly, from 6 to 8 °C, the maximum temperature in the urban area dropped to 1 °C, and the minimum temperature at night dropped to -6 °C. On the afternoon of the 18th, under the influence of another medium-intensity cold air, there will be northwest winds of 4 to 5 and gusts of 6 to 7. On the 18th, the forest fire risk reached about level 4.

Yesterday, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and the Municipal Meteorological Bureau jointly issued an orange warning of forest fire risk: From December 16 to 18, due to adverse weather such as strong wind, low humidity, dry weather, the city's forest fire risk will remain at a highly dangerous level, and the forest fire prevention situation is grim. The relevant district governments and member units of the municipal forest defense department are requested to make forest fire prevention emergency preparations in accordance with their duties, strengthen the management of fire sources in forest areas, prohibit all fires in forests; carry out forest fire prevention inspections, increase the frequency of broadcasting early warning information, and make preparations for material allocation.
