The commander killed more than a hundred traitors in one night and carved words on the traitors, known as "Qin Bold"

In 1938, in the Taihang Mountains, there were many traitors who helped the Japanese to sweep up, burn and loot, do all kinds of evil, and mutilate their own compatriots. There was an anti-Japanese guerrilla group led by the Communist Party, and the commander of the group was named Qin Jiwei. When he learned the truth of the matter, he was furious, and he decided to severely punish these traitors, so he looked for an opportunity to kill more than a hundred traitors overnight, leaving sixteen words on each of them, and some of the traitors were frightened by his behavior. Later, everyone called him "Qin Bold".

In 1938, the Japanese army swept the village of Yanman in Qi County, killing villagers everywhere, raping women, and burning houses. At this time, there was an anti-Japanese guerrilla unit led by the Communist Party in the Taihang Mountains, that is, the anti-Japanese independent detachment of the 129th Division. Because the commander of the detachment was Qin Jiwei and the political commissar was Lai Jifa, they kept hearing these bad news and were very angry. Qin Jiwei decided not to let these Japanese invaders be too rampant, and was ready to teach a good lesson.

At that time, the regular army of the Kuomintang could not defeat the Japanese devils, and with only the more than 5,000 people of this detachment of the 129th Division, coupled with their inferior weapons and lack of ammunition, it was not generally difficult to attack the Japanese head-on. He thought about it, ready to outwit. Qin Jiwei decided to crack down the arrogance of the Japanese and the hypocrites.

Therefore, Qin Jiwei ordered the responsible persons of the general staff office, the enemy's work stations, and the guerrilla units in various counties and districts to begin an all-round investigation of the enemy's situation, check the movements, and track the enemy's and pseudo-scattered detachments, so as to find out as soon as possible the distribution of the traitors and Japanese puppet troops in more than ten nearby counties.

The information was quickly felt, and Qin Jiwei also had his own plan. Everything was ready, and Qin Jiwei finally went on a killing spree. One night, the soldiers and civilians of more than ten counties southeast of Taiyuan acted together to assist the capture team sent by Qin Jiwei and killed more than a hundred traitors who had committed the most heinous crimes overnight, leaving sixteen words on each corpse: "All those who give the Japanese army a message and lead the way will end up with this fate." "The payment was made by the Qin Lai detachment of the Eighth Route Army.

Subsequently, under the leadership of Qin Jiwei, more than 70 Japanese and puppet strongholds were attacked at the same time, and the Japanese devils and puppet troops suffered heavy casualties. This attack shocked the souls of the Japanese, frightened the traitors, and panicked in the enemy-occupied areas, and the Japanese and puppet personnel did not dare to go out as soon as they heard Qin Jiwei's name.
