On the afternoon of December 15, a property staff member of the community involved in Jinghongyuan told the Beijing News reporter that on the evening of the 9th, when Niu Jianjun passed a bridge near the community, the document bag fell into the river, and she wanted to look for documents from the riverside path next to the river, because the trail was next to the Jinghongyuan community, Niu Jianjun mistakenly entered the community, disappeared from the north gate out of the community.

"Because the bridge she walked on did not have a slope to reach the path directly by the river, she walked down the bridge and accidentally hit and went around our Jinghongyuan community." The above-mentioned staff member said that after the girl entered the community, she told one of the owners of the community that her documents fell into the river to find. "She came out of the north gate after asking the owner of our community, and when she came out, the people disappeared."
According to the surveillance video of the community, Niu Jianjun's last image appeared at the north gate of the community, and after she came to a small door at the north gate that night, she opened the access control system, and then disappeared into the surveillance.
On the afternoon of December 15, the Beijing News reporter came to the scene of the community and found that the door in the monitoring had an access control system, and there was a button next to the door, and anyone could walk through this door from the community to the outside of the river path. The railings along the river trail are about thirty to forty centimeters high, and there is no monitoring near the river channel. Residents living nearby told the Beijing News that the deepest part of the river is up to 6 meters, and many residents will walk along the river after meals.

On December 14, Niu Jianjun's cousin Ms. Mei told the Beijing News that on the evening of the 9th, Niu Jianjun lost news after walking out of a small door in Wuxi Jinghongyuan Community on the way to work.
On the 14th, the Binhu Branch of the Wuxi Municipal Public Security Bureau issued a notice saying that recently, the relevant video of the "23-year-old Hefei woman missing contact in Wuxi" was spread online.
