According to reports, Geely Swap Power Station has truly realized the vehicle-electricity separation mode, which can provide comprehensive energy replenishment services for charging and replacing, battery life cycle management, big data for smart transportation and smart energy, and at the same time contribute to a more reasonable energy allocation in the country and a safer and more environmentally friendly energy use for the public with green energy storage and full-time energy supply.
It is reported that at present, Geely has built 21 substations in Jinan and 29 substations under construction. At present, the 21 substations that have been built have formed a backbone service network in Jinan, which can meet the needs of no less than 4,000 vehicles for power exchange services.
Xu Ruhu introduced that in recent years, Geely Automobile has been carrying out forward-looking layout in related fields such as electrification and new energy, and is building Jinan Geely Intelligent New Energy Vehicle Project in Jinan High-tech Zone Intelligent Equipment City. The total investment of the project is 4.2 billion yuan (including 4 billion yuan in fixed assets), covering an area of 725 acres, and after the completion of the project, it can produce 100,000 new energy vehicles per year.
The electrification of construction machinery is a new track for development
"In the next 3 to 5 years, the upgrading of the new energy equipment industry is a very big opportunity for enterprises, and it is also an opportunity to overtake in curves." In the view of Fang Liyou, deputy secretary of the party committee and chairman of the trade union of Jinan Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (later known as "Lingong Heavy Machinery"), the electrification of construction machinery is a new track for future development.
Fang Liyou believes that electric vehicles have many advantages over internal combustion engines, on the one hand, they can reduce carbon emissions, in addition, electric drives are more efficient than internal combustion engines; but at the same time, batteries are heavier than fuel tanks, as a means of transport, electric trucks need to be equipped with more batteries to ensure sufficient driving range, which will occupy a lot of space, and the weight of the car is weak relative to fuel.
However, from the perspective of energy crisis and energy conservation and emission reduction, the electrification of construction machinery is of great significance. The data shows that the exhaust emissions of a heavy truck are equivalent to 500 passenger cars, and if all 1 million heavy trucks are electrified, it is equivalent to reducing the carbon emissions of 300 million cars.
Yu Peng, manager of Yien New Power Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., which has the core technology of the battery management system, believes that the energy side is changing globally, and the power is also changing, under the "double carbon" goal and the wave of new energy, it is bound to usher in a lasting electric revolution, and electrification is the core of this electric revolution.
