In view of the current epidemic prevention and control situation, in order to ensure the price stability of important daily necessities such as medical supplies, medicines, meat, poultry, eggs, vegetables, milk, grains, and oils closely related to people's lives, maintain market price order, and protect the people's vital interests, we hereby remind the following warnings:

I. Business operators should strictly follow the principles of fair, legal, and honest and creditworthy pricing, provide consumers with reasonably priced goods and services, and strictly and clearly mark prices. It is strictly forbidden for business operators to inflate prices, hoard and live in strange places, force tie-in sales, fabricate or disseminate information on price increases, and promote excessively high price increases; it is strictly forbidden to collude with each other and manipulate market prices; it is strictly forbidden to use false or misleading price means to lure consumers or other business operators into trading with them; it is strictly forbidden to violate the provisions on clearly marked prices and other acts that violate price laws and regulations.

2. As of the date of this warning, any undertaking found to have committed the above-mentioned illegal acts will be investigated and punished in accordance with the "Price Law of the People's Republic of China", "Provisions on Administrative Penalties for Price Violations", "Guangdong Provincial Implementation Measures" and other laws and regulations.

Third, the general public is invited to actively supervise, discover the above-mentioned illegal acts, and promptly call the 12315 and 12345 hotlines to report.

Fourth, after the issuance of this reminder warning, each business operator should conscientiously refer to the above reminder and warning requirements, actively carry out self-examination and self-correction, and further regulate its own price behavior. The market supervision department will punish the illegal acts that are still not rectified after being reminded and warned, and the typical cases with serious circumstances and bad nature will also be publicly exposed through the news media.
