According to the official website of the National Health Commission, from 0:00 to 24:00 on December 13, 51 new locally confirmed cases and 4 new asymptomatic infected people were reported nationwide. On the 13th, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, reported that 2 new cases of asymptomatic infection were found in the nucleic acid testing of returnees from epidemic-related areas in other provinces. As of 8:00 a.m. on December 14, 2021, there are 8 high-risk areas and 44 medium-risk areas in the country (see Appendix 1 for details).
At present, the global pandemic of the new crown pneumonia epidemic is still in the development stage, the pressure of foreign prevention and import continues to increase, the domestic epidemic situation is severe and complex, showing a multi-source and multi-point sporadic state, the city's epidemic prevention and control faces a double risk of overseas and domestic, in order to effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic import and transmission, the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that the general public, it is not necessary not to go to medium- and high-risk areas or areas with local case reports! Do not mail-order goods from high-risk areas outside the country, and be cautious about mail-ordering products in areas where there are local epidemic reports in China! At the same time, from now on, those entering (returning) from Shanghai Pudong New Area, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, Ningbo City, Shaoxing City, Hangzhou City, Nanjing City, and Nanjing City should take the initiative to report to the community (village committee) and unit (or the hotel where they live) within 12 hours of arriving in Xiamen (if they enter Xiamen from medium- and high-risk areas in these cities within 6 hours), as soon as possible, and take the initiative to do nucleic acid! The Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention once again issued the following health reminders to the general public:
One
Please enter (return) to Xiamen who have a history of contact with the confirmed case and its close contacts or have an intersection of activity trajectories, take the initiative to report the relevant situation to the community (village), unit, and hotel at the first time, and actively cooperate with the jurisdiction to do a good job in prevention and control measures such as information registration and nucleic acid testing. At the same time, it is recommended that those who have a history of living in Shanghai since November 15 (inclusive) take the initiative to go to the major nucleic acid testing points in our city (see Appendix 3 for details) for a nucleic acid test and self-health monitoring for 14 days.
(1) Please have the following period of time, regional residence history of the entry (return) of the xiamen, the first time to take the initiative to report the relevant situation to the community (village), unit, hotel, take the initiative to cooperate with the jurisdiction to do a good job in information registration, nucleic acid testing and other prevention and control measures.

Two
Medium- and high-risk areas (see Appendix 1 for details) personnel entering (returning) xiamen, as soon as possible and no more than 6 hours after arriving in Xiamen, take the initiative to report to the community (village), unit, accommodation hotel, accept 14 days of centralized or home medical observation, do not have the conditions for home medical observation, and receive nucleic acid testing in accordance with the city's epidemic prevention and control regulations.
Three
Personnel entering (returning) to Xiamen in low-risk areas of cities (districts directly under the Central Government) where medium- and high-risk areas are located are required to check the negative nucleic acid certificate 48 hours before entering Xiamen, and conduct a nucleic acid test immediately after arriving in Xiamen. After arriving in Xiamen, it is necessary to implement 14 days of home health monitoring, incorporate into community management, do not go out unless necessary, and receive nucleic acid testing in accordance with the city's regulations.
Four
Those who have entered (returned) to Xiamen in areas where local cases occur (see Appendix 2 for details), please take the initiative to report to the community (village), unit, and accommodation hotel at the first time, and immediately after arriving in Xiamen, they need to conduct nucleic acid testing, and do a good job of health management measures in accordance with the city's epidemic prevention and control regulations.

It is recommended that the general public should not go to medium and high-risk areas or areas with local case reports, if they must go, they must report to their communities (villages) and their units after returning to Xiamen, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures as required; after traveling and returning to Xiamen on business trips, it is recommended to take the initiative to go to the major nucleic acid testing points in our city (see Appendix 3 for details) to do nucleic acid testing and self-health monitoring for 14 days.
Six
The general public should fully understand the complexity and uncertainty of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, strengthen personal protection, maintain safe social distancing, develop good hygiene habits such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, one-meter line, and not gathering, and choose a healthy lifestyle. When purchasing imported cold chain food, pay attention to personal protection and do a good job of disinfection of outer packaging. If symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue and other symptoms appear, you should wear a mask and go to the nearest fever clinic for diagnosis and treatment in time. Avoid taking public transportation as much as possible during your visit.

Those who conceal or falsely report their itinerary or fail to implement prevention and control measures in accordance with regulations, causing the risk of the spread of the new crown pneumonia epidemic or other serious consequences, will be investigated for responsibility in accordance with law.
