The purpose of this action is to carry out special inspections of quilt processing stores in the whole region, focus on cracking down on illegal acts such as the production and sale of "black heart cotton", establish and improve the main information database of quilt processing entities, ensure that waste fiber products, medical fiber waste and other raw materials prohibited by the state are not used to process and make quilts, effectively regulate the operation order of the quilt processing market, and purify the market environment.
Law enforcement officers take the system and map keyword search, collect the original ledger to establish an information database, and conduct door-to-door inspections of all quilt processing stores in the information database.
Key inspection: whether there is the use of nationally banned raw materials to process and make quilts; whether the production environment of the quilt processing stores meets the requirements; whether the raw material area, production area and finished product area are reasonably divided; whether the moisture-proof ventilation is good; whether the tools and raw materials in the production area are clean and disinfected; whether the quilt in the finished product area is marked with the factory name and production date; whether the renovated quilt and the new quilt are zoned and mixed; and whether the quilt for sale is clearly marked with the price. The problems found in the inspection are ordered to be rectified immediately by the processing stores, resolutely crack down on illegal acts, guide the quilt processing units to consciously standardize the business behavior, and extend to the quilt business link, tracing the source and cutting off the illegal quilt flowing into the market.
Up to now, more than 80 law enforcement personnel have been dispatched to inspect more than 20 quilt processing and sales stores. The market supervision department also reminds consumers that if they find a quilt processing problem, they can call 12315 to complain and report.
