After the Spring Festival holiday, citizens gradually returned to normal life and work. Experts from the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention remind that attention should be paid to personal health protection and condition adjustment, and return to normal life, study and work cycles as soon as possible.
Jiang Chunhong, head of the health education section of the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, reminded that it is necessary to pay attention to the physical condition of themselves and their families, especially those who have travel history during the holidays should do a good job of their own health monitoring, such as fever, dry cough, fatigue and other symptoms, to wear a medical mask correctly to go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution, and take the initiative to inform the doctor of travel history, contact history, etc., so as to facilitate timely investigation. Take the initiative to report the incidence of the disease, travel history, and contact history to the unit, and do not bring the illness to work.
Jiang Chunhong suggested that after the holiday, we should continue to maintain good habits such as scientific wearing of masks, frequent hand washing, more ventilation, no gathering, use of public chopsticks, and maintain safe social distancing. If there are children who start school early, parents and children should do a good job of health monitoring, seek medical treatment and report in time if they are unwell, and go to school without illness.
After the Spring Festival, it is necessary to adjust the lifestyle and reasonably arrange the work and rest time in time, go to bed early and get up early, ensure adequate sleep, ensure that the work and study after the festival are energetic, pay attention to dietary hygiene, adjust eating habits and balanced diet. After the holiday, it is necessary to make a good exercise plan, moderately increase exercise, maintain sufficient physical strength, but avoid excessive exercise and excessive fatigue. Try to exercise in an open place at home or outside and keep your distance from others. At the same time, before starting the work, we must close our hearts early to restore calm to the mood. Minimize going out and avoid staying up late, and choose to listen to soothing music, or read a book and bask in the sun to keep your body and mind happy.
