According to overseas whistleblowers, Apple's next-generation large-screen iMac Pro will be released next spring, that is, between March 20 and June 21. Apple usually holds product launches every spring, and the iMac Pro may arrive at that point.

According to rumors, the new iMac Pro will continue to feature a 27-inch screen with a mini-LED screen, similar to the MacBook Pro, and supports a variable refresh rate of 120Hz ProMotion. The new iMac Pro will be powered by Apple chips, namely the M1 Pro and M1 Max.

To simplify naming, the new iMac (27-inch) is the iMac Pro, which means that the iMac product line, like the MacBook product line, is divided into two levels: the MacBook product line is divided into MacBook and MacBook Pro; the iMac product line is divided into iMac and iMac Pro.

MacBook instead of MacBook Air, is still a representative of thin and light, iMac (24 inches) is still the same model as the MacBook, it is likely that the latest standard version of the M series chips will be launched in these two single products every year.

MacBook Pro, iMac Pro as an upgraded model, not only offers three different sizes (14, 16/27 inches), still has an absolute advantage in configuration, positioning more professional creative tools.

The Mac mini and Mac Pro are two "extremes", the former is small, the latter is "streamlined", and these two product lines will also usher in major changes in 2022.
