The Mini-LED iMac Pro 2022 will be released in June this year

Apple has been working on a large-screen version of the iMac for months, and if the June timeline is accurate, it could make its debut at the WWDC Worldwide Developers Conference.

Rumors initially suggested that the new iMac could launch this spring, but Ross Young said in late January that he expected it to launch "during the summer." At the time, Ross Young announced that panel shipments were expected to start in June and could be launched in August or September, but now he expects the timeline to appear to have advanced.

The 27-inch iMac will be sold as a high-end version alongside the 24-inch iMac, and to align it with the MacBook Pro, it may be called the iMac Pro. It will feature Mini LED backlighting, ross Young said today, and he expects it to have "about 1,000 brightness zones" and "more than 4,000 mini LEDs."
