Hisense launched a 4K 55-inch MiniLED endoscopic surgery professional display

On December 9, at the 4th China Endoscopy Conference & Endoscopy Industry Annual Conference and the 2021 Surgical Robot Technology Seminar held in Wuxi, Hisense Medical debuted its self-made MiniLED module backlight technology and the world's first 4K 55-inch MiniLED endoscopic surgery professional display.

According to reports, medical endoscopy is the "third eye" in modern medical treatment, which is crucial in the medical industry, in which the display, as the ultimate display carrier of endoscopic images, undertakes the role of true and objective reproduction of the lesion form, directly affecting the surgical effect. The high-definition dynamic image can more comprehensively and richly show the pathological changes of the patient, providing a reliable surgical basis for doctors.

Hisense Medical's self-made MiniLED backlight technology adopts micron-level LED array as screen backlight, based on the large platform of Hisense Group display technology, to achieve dynamic backlight control technology, compared with the traditional LED backlight, it has outstanding advantages in color performance and contrast performance, with rich colors, clear layers, high color precision, ultra-high contrast, high sense of field and other characteristics.

In addition, the MiniLED display supports 85% BT2020 ultra-high color gamut, the product red color gamut 100% covers BT2020, can perfectly present a variety of red color needs in the voyeuristic environment, in complex surgical scenes, can improve image resolution; dynamic contrast up to 200,000:1, in the case of ensuring high image contrast, improve darkfield detail performance.

It is reported that Hisense Medical was established in 2014, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hisense Group, began to carry out technical pre-research in the field of endoscopic displays in 2014, listed the first 26-inch 2K endoscopic display in 2015, and then successively launched 32-inch 4K, 55-inch 4K, 27-inch 4K endoscopic displays, and then today's 4K MiniLED endoscopic displays, Hisense Medical's product series is constantly expanding.
