Many people eat a staple food for a lifetime
In fact, they didn't eat right!
When we talk about staple foods, we usually refer to foods rich in carbohydrates, and when we talk about staple foods, the first thing that comes to mind is rice, noodles, steamed buns, etc., but these are usually refined grains.
The "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents" recommend that you need to consume a certain amount of whole grains every day, rather than eating refined grains every meal! The problem for most people now is eating too fine!
