The online car market learned from Changan's official bidding platform that UNI-V will open blind booking on January 10 next year. The appearance of the new car continues the design language of the UNI family, and the vehicle size is larger than that of competing models such as the Lynk & Co 03 and the Honda Civic. The UNI-V is powered by a 1.5T engine, and its power performance is also ahead of the competitors. In terms of price, the starting price of the new car is expected to be around 110,000 yuan.
Specifically, the front face of UNI-V adopts a borderless design, and the headlight groups on both sides are connected to the grille, with the back-to-back body shape, creating a strong sense of sport. The rear of the new car is equipped with a liftable tail wing and a through-type tail light group, and the exhaust is a two-way layout on both sides to further enhance the recognition of the whole vehicle. In terms of interior, the center console of the new car adopts a layered design, and the car is equipped with a dual D-type sports steering wheel and electronic gears.
UNI-V is positioned as a compact coupe with a length of 4680mm and a wheelbase of 2750mm, and its overall size is larger than that of Lynk & Co 03, Honda Civic and other models. In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine, with a maximum power of 138 kW and a peak torque of 300N·m, and the power parameters crush the Lynk & Co 03 and Honda Civic. It is worth mentioning that UNI-V will also launch a 1.5T plug-in and hybrid version to further enrich consumer choices.
