On December 12, 2021, the "Beijing Jin Shangyi Art Foundation Second Painting Cutting-edge Exhibition" sponsored by Beijing Jin Shangyi Art Foundation, co-organized by the Oil Painting Institute of China Academy of Art and Handan Han Yuchen Art Museum was grandly opened in Handan Han Yuchen Art Museum.
The guests present at the opening ceremony were: Zhang Zuying, researcher of the China Academy of Art and former vice chairman of the China Oil Painting Society, Gao Tianxiong, professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Li Wenhai, former deputy director of the Handan Municipal People's Congress, Xie Jijiong, vice chairman of the Handan Cppcc Committee, Han Yuchen, special researcher of the China Academy of Art and honorary professor of the Russian Repin Academy of Fine Arts, Chai Zongjie, vice chairman of the Hebei Provincial Artists Association and chairman of the Handan Artists Association, and Li Qi, vice chairman and secretary general of the Handan Calligraphers Association. As well as more than 300 artists and journalists from all over the country.

Jin Shangyi, former president of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and chairman of the China Artists Association, has made great contributions to the development of China's art industry as an artist and art educator of the older generation. His works such as "December Conference of the Party", "Tajik Bride" and "Young Female Singer" are also immortal works in the history of Chinese art.
Initiated by the Jin Shangyi Foundation, the New Talent Exhibition is an event that focuses on professional level and discovers talents. In the second session of the New Talent Exhibition, 152 works were selected from 5237 entries submitted from all over the country, and 4 works of "Jin Shangyi Youth Art Award" and 20 works of "Excellence Award" were selected. The works in the exhibition basically represent the creative state and spiritual outlook of young artists at present.
After the exhibition was transferred to the Handan Han Yuchen Art Museum, it will surely bring new enlightenment to the literary and art workers and enthusiasts in Handan, and play a positive role in promoting the prosperity and development of Handan's literary and artistic undertakings.

In order to further enrich the collection of Han Yuchen Art Museum and let the audience enjoy more high-quality paintings, the art museum recently collected Mr. Jin Shangyi's oil painting "Portrait of Han Qi". At the opening ceremony, this vivid and colorful work was displayed, and Zheng Le, deputy secretary general of the foundation, was entrusted to express his gratitude to Mr. Jin Shangyi.

Introduction
Handan Han Yuchen Art Museum is the first non-profit cultural and artistic exhibition institution in Handan City, located on the ninth floor of New Century Square, with a construction area of 6,300 square meters and five exhibition halls. The collection includes works by Corot, Rousseau, Dubini, Dupre, Diaz, Trojan and others, representatives of the French Barbizon school in the early nineteenth century, and Miller's sketches are also treasures in the museum. Both quantity and quality rank first in domestic art museums.
