The members of the leading body of the party committee actively gave play to the "head goose effect", combined the study of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee with the study and education of party history, studied one step ahead of time, studied one level deeper, took the lead in interpreting and preaching, writing experience articles, and using propaganda windows and exhibition boards to display the results of learning.
Cadres and workers use the "Learning to Strengthen the Country" APP to watch expert interpretations and read commentary articles to more systematically and comprehensively understand the spiritual essence of the plenary session; use the party history study and education public account "Learning the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Knowledge Self-Test Questions" to test the learning effect and deepen their understanding of the spirit in mutual evaluation; use the e-book of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee to study materials and study independently after work. Through continuous innovation of learning methods, the Ministry of Human Resources and Armed Forces has achieved a two-way extension of the breadth and depth of learning, and new results have been achieved in learning.
