Big and small news client December 15 news (YMG all-media reporter Xu Feng correspondent Ding Lei photo report) In order to further strengthen the management of dental medical institutions according to law, and effectively play the comprehensive supervision effect of "institutional autonomy, industry self-discipline, government supervision, and social supervision", recently, Haiyang City and Penglai District of our city have carried out quantitative and hierarchical management of 38 and 42 dental medical institutions in the jurisdiction, and both places have completed the supervision and quantitative on-site evaluation of all relevant institutions, with a completion rate of 100%.
It is reported that the health supervision institutions in Haiyang and Penglai organized and held a provincial pilot launch and training meeting for the quantitative and hierarchical management of health supervision, organized supervision and law enforcement personnel to learn the requirements of the standards, hired experts at all levels to train the responsible persons of oral medical institutions and related personnel, and made a detailed interpretation of the "Quantitative Scoring Table" from the aspects of practicing according to law, hospital infection prevention and control, medical record prescription management, and radiation health, and guided oral medical institutions to conduct self-examination and self-evaluation in accordance with the requirements of the "Measures for the Management of Self-examination of Medical Institutions Practicing According to Law". The two places have made arrangements for the pilot work in light of local realities.
Since the organization of training in March, the self-examination of dental medical institutions in April and June, and the on-site scoring and evaluation of supervisors in July and October, which lasted for 8 months, the two places carried out quantitative grading management and evaluation of all dental medical institutions in the jurisdiction, and the quantitative grading of dental medical institutions in Haiyang City was 7 grades A, 28 at grade B and 3 in C; 7 in Penglai District dental medical institutions were quantitatively graded A, 33 at grade B and 2 in C, and the results of the assessment were announced to the public through WeChat public accounts and government websites. The two places held a summary meeting on the quantitative rating of dental medical institutions, issued quantitative and hierarchical management level publicity boards on the spot, and guided and urged all oral medical institutions to post the public notice boards in a conspicuous position.
According to the Municipal Institute of Health Supervision, this work has further strengthened the management of oral medical institutions according to law, improved the medical quality of dental medical institutions, and will gradually promote and apply to the whole city in the future, and the quantitative and hierarchical management mode will promote the implementation of self-discipline and main responsibility of the dental medical institutions in our city, improve the scientific, legal, standardized and normalized management level of dental medical institutions in accordance with the law, and promote the sustained, stable and healthy development of the oral medical industry.
