Zhang Wenjun stressed: It is necessary to accurately grasp the situation in our region's petitioning work, thoroughly investigate the problems and deficiencies, pinpoint the gaps, analyze the causes, find out the direction of efforts and breakthroughs in the work, and strive in accordance with the goals of "achieving overall improvement in the petitioning business, major breakthroughs in some work, and business assessment and upgrading the file."
