Combined with the requirements of the national consumer goods standardization pilot project, Fuzhou plans to complete the following five tasks through the construction of pilot projects to achieve the goal of standardization and effectively supporting the development of Fuzhou's jasmine tea industry.

The first is to build a standard system for the jasmine tea industry, and to promote the revision of various standards at all levels of the whole industrial chain of jasmine tea by building a standard system covering the fields of jasmine and tea planting, tea product processing, tea tourism and tea culture, agricultural cultural heritage inheritance and protection, and digital agriculture, so as to provide strong standardization technical support for the sustainable development of The jasmine tea industry in Fuzhou;

Secondly, build a standardized globally important agricultural cultural heritage information monitoring system, cooperate with Fujian Normal University to carry out in-depth heritage monitoring research, and build a standardized Fuzhou jasmine and tea culture system that integrates heritage sites and monitoring point systems, monitoring index systems, monitoring methods and professional heritage monitoring talents, and contribute Fuzhou wisdom to the monitoring of agricultural cultural heritage information in other heritage sites;

The third is to rely on the scientific research team of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University to carry out the research on the genome of single-petal jasmine in Fuzhou, to assemble, annotate, analyze gene families, analyze aroma components synthesis pathways and transcriptomic analysis of the flowering process of single-petal and double-petal jasmine genomes, and these research results will effectively promote the accurate directional breeding of jasmine flowers, make jasmine research fully enter the genomic era, make Fuzhou jasmine science basic research at the international advanced level, and provide scientific basis for the accurate identification of DNA of jasmine germplasm resources. Laying the foundation for the industrialization and standardization of jasmine;

The fourth is to carry out training services such as jasmine planting, tea planting, and jasmine tea processing with experts from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and the Tea Institute of the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences as teachers. Adopt a combination of centralized teaching and field operation demonstration to train farmers, and effectively improve the level of planting technology of jasmine and tea. Fuzhou jasmine tea traditional craft inheritance masters are hired to carry out regular training in processing skills to effectively improve the level of jasmine tea processing skills of practitioners. During the pilot period, 15 standardized training courses will be held to train 1,000 practitioners (times), so that learning standards, understanding standards, and using standards will become the conscious actions of the majority of demonstration households;

The fifth is to plan and design the overall brand image logo and brand promotion slogan and promotion strategy of Fuzhou Jasmine Tea, and make every effort to create a public brand image of Fuzhou Jasmine Tea and enhance brand influence.

The relevant staff of the Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs expressed the hope that through the pilot construction, the industry will be driven, the income of jasmine farmers and tea farmers will be improved, and a new economic growth point will be formed through the integrated development of one or three industries; through green production, unified and standardized planting, the use of pesticides and fertilizers will be reduced, and the ecological environment of the production area will be further optimized; through the brand building of Fuzhou jasmine tea, the popularity and reputation of Fuzhou city will be further enhanced.
