Haisheng Panji Science City is located in Jingxi, Minhou, and the functions of the park are divided into three core product groups, namely 33 headquarters single-family buildings, 5 industrial buildings, and 5 Grade A headquarters bases. The project plans 60,000 square meters of shared space, 20,000 square meters of Kechuang Avenue, 80,000 square meters of ecological lake view and 40,000 square meters of garden landscape, which is a new science and technology city comparable to 4A-level scenic spots.
According to reports, after the park is fully completed and put into operation, it will bring together more than 300 high-tech enterprises, and is expected to provide nearly 10,000 jobs, achieve an annual output value of about 2.5 billion yuan, and add more than 200 million yuan of comprehensive tax sources.
At present, the park has a good investment situation, and has accumulated more than 70 enterprises, including 8 listed and pending listed enterprises and "gazelle enterprises", 60 high-tech enterprises, mainly representing Anheng Information, Shanghai Guan'an, Beijing Superstar, Dejing Shares, Beijing Digital Knowledge, Black Lake Technology, Tree Root Interconnection, etc.
