Beijing, 23 Nov (Xinhua) -- On 23 November, the China Performance Industry Association's Online Performance (Live Broadcast) Branch released the ninth batch of network anchor warning lists, including two professional anchors of "Tieshan" and "Teacher Guo", and three actors of "Wu Yifan", "Zheng Shuang" and "Zhang Zhehan", who will be boycotted and punished in the industry. This is the first time that artists who have violated the law and lost morality have been included in the warning list of network anchors to prevent bad artists from shifting their positions and making a comeback. After the list is announced to the public, it will be issued to each platform for ban, and will be reported to the competent department for the record.

Qu Tao, secretary general of the Online Performance (Live Broadcasting) Branch of the China Performance Industry Association, said that in the process of live broadcasting activities, these anchors released information containing serious violations of laws and regulations, contrary to social order and good customs, and had a bad social impact. In the ninth batch of warning lists, five network anchors have the characteristics of "rice circle" behavior due to the large number of fans and distinct "rice circle" behavior, which may create hype topics, incite public emotions, organize fans, and hire network trolls to control the trend of public opinion, which need to be paid attention to.

It is reported that in order to standardize the management of anchors in the online performance (live broadcast) industry, purify the network performance (live broadcast) environment, and maintain the order of orderly, benign and healthy development of the industry ecology, the Network Performance (Live Broadcast) Branch of the China Performance Industry Association has implemented the "blacklist" system for network anchors since 2018, and as of now, it has successively released nine batches of warning lists of 446 network anchors.
