Zhang Zhe: A civil rights activist who "holds hands" with Taijiquan

His name was Zhang Zhe, and he was an ordinary public official in the minquan county government office.

He is said to be ordinary, but his martial arts experience is not ordinary. His martial arts career began as a child. He has lived in a family full of youth since childhood, his father and mother like fitness sports, and a good family environment has influenced the young Zhang Zhe to show talent that is different from his peers prematurely. When he was 8 years old, his father took him to the folk boxers to start learning boxing techniques, such as big and small Hong fist, Shaolin fist, knife art, stick art, people careful, not timid, he tried one by one. In the past two years, his boxing skills have been surprisingly decent, and he has become the envy of his peers for a while.

Later, by chance, he formed an indissoluble relationship with Tai Chi. One summer afternoon, his mother took him to Zhuangzi Cultural Square, and when he saw several elderly people playing tai chi, he stopped to watch. At that time, he was not yet familiar with this traditional Chinese tai chi technique of both internal and external cultivation, softness, slowness, lightness, rigidity and softness, but the practitioner's graceful posture in one move completely conquered his young mind. In fact, the attentive mother sensed the child's special hobbies from his almost obstinate expression, so every weekend, she always brought Zhang Zhe here to watch tai chi, and deliberately let him learn to imitate with his uncles and aunts. In 2006, Zhang Zhe officially visited Qin Forever to learn the new frame of Chen-style Taijiquan First and Second Way Boxing techniques for his teacher, and participated in the Taijiquan Training Class held by Master Chen Zhenglei. In 2008, he had the honor of becoming a disciple of Master Chen Zhenglei and was given the stage name Chen Dezhe. Under the personal cultivation of his mentor, he practiced martial arts assiduously, so that the boxing art grew rapidly, and in the same year he joined the Provincial Wushu Association and the National Wushu Artists Association, and represented the city and county (district) to participate in the senior coach training class held by the province. Since then, he has "held hands" in tai chi all the way forward, and special feelings and intoxicated love have become an important part of his life and career.

Zhang Zhe: A civil rights activist who "holds hands" with Taijiquan

In high school, he began to teach tai chi to his classmates; after entering the university, he was hired by the school as a martial arts instructor; after taking up the government office in his hometown, he still insisted on the obligation to spread the 18th style of Chen's taijiquan essence, Laojia Yilu, Taijifan 24 style, and Chen's taijiquan wuji pile and taiji stick yuan pile on the "weekend holiday"; among the students he taught, there were both young people with buds and passions, as well as the elderly with vicissitudes, with a total of more than 800 trainees. In May 2018, in the "Wuyun Zhongyuan" Sports Lottery Cup "The Second Traditional Martial Arts Competition of Henan Province", the students he taught, Jiang Shenglin and Zhu Yunhui, won the first prize and the third prize of the municipal (district) competition respectively, and at the same time, Jiang Shenglin represented Shangqiu City to participate in the competition in the province and obtained excellent results. In 2018, Zhang Zhe followed Zhang Shengli, vice chairman of the Henan Wushu Association, to learn Shaolin Neijin Yizhi Zen, combined with Chen's Taijiquan theory, and wrote research articles such as "Shaolin Neijin Yizhi Zen Hundred Piles of Gong and Sense", which were published in Shaolin and Taiji magazine. In order to carry forward the traditional Tai Chi culture, he combined with the Zhuangzi health culture and created the "Elite Inner Strength One Finger Zen" and "Wen Wu Into the Tao" public accounts, which have more than 20,000 fans. In October 2020, he won the first prize in the men's individual traditional group of the Shangqiu Taijiquan Competition.

This is Zhang Zhe, who tightly "holds" the "hand" of taijiquan, undoubtedly building a communication platform for civil rights activists who are enthusiastic about fitness sports. Although this platform is small, it enriches the content of the national fitness movement. In the words of Zhang Zhe: "Carrying forward and inheriting the culture of health and fitness is the unshirkable responsibility and obligation of young people in the new era, and I want to use this platform to interpret the story of the fitness movement of small city people and dance the most dazzling national style!" ”
