At this time, on the morning of May 10, Huailai County University for the Aged held the closing ceremony of the 2024 Taijiquan Junior Class Training Camp, and the students learned the boxing routines and a full set of decomposition movements of Yang's 85-style Taijiquan after two months of intensive training; I also carried out online reading and sharing to learn about the theoretical knowledge of Taijiquan. Watching everyone's movements be relaxed and free, there is both the beauty of strength and the beauty of softness; Smooth transitions between movements; The smile on his face is really amazing!
The successful closure of the primary class training is inseparable from the attention of the school leaders. Principal Sun has been silently paying attention to and supporting, his affinity, hands-on, and insistence on ten years of uninterrupted morning exercises, has been inspiring and driving everyone! Mr. Ma is rigorous in teaching and selfless dedication. After two months of boxing and theoretical knowledge, everyone experienced the three states of life survival, life, and life. After studying the theory of Taijiquan many times, I realized the profound heritage and unique charm of traditional culture; I felt the way of Tai Chi, which was broad and profound, showing an outstanding humanistic spirit, and comprehending the philosophy of life and the way of life.
