In his later years, Kangxi especially favored Han concubines, such as Xi Concubine, Jing Concubine, Xiang Concubine, and Mu Concubine, all of whom were pure Han Origin, and they were not in the Qi, which once again confirmed that "Manchu and Han do not intermarry" is actually just an empty phrase, as long as the emperor thinks, what kind of woman will have. Today we will look at one of them: Jing Concubine.

Regarding the han concubines favored by Kangxi in his later years, there is no record of their specific family lineage, and it may be that the imperial family is deliberately hiding something, or setting up a fog for the lie that "Manchu and Han are not intermarried". The same is true of Jing Concubine, the official only records that Jing Concubine's father is Shi Huaiyu, Shi Huaiyu does not have any official title or title, it should be a Han who is not in the flag, so from this point of view, Jing Concubine should be a Han woman from the folk, that is, a woman surnamed Shi.
However, we can look at the concubine's book of concubines:

In the booklet, there is a key message, that is, "Zhong Xianghua Valve". Generally speaking, there can be relevant descriptions in the concubine book, indicating that the origin is very unusual, at least the family lineage is very good, and it is speculated that Jing Concubine may come from the official eunuch family of the Ming Dynasty.
According to records, Jing Concubine Shi was born in the twenty-eighth year of Kangxi, 35 years younger than Kangxi, so she entered the palace relatively late, there was a record of the harem of Kangxi forty-six years, saying that there were twenty-six people in the Qianqing Palace at that time, of which there were ten people without titles, Jing Concubine or was already in it, when Jing Concubine was 19 years old.

Although Concubine Jing was at the same age, Kangxi did not have the leisure to spoil her, because at that time Kangxi was struggling to abolish the prince, not only deposing the prince, but also seriously ill. Subsequently, when discussing the selection of a new crown prince, the old Eight Yin Yu was sought after by the officials, and Kangxi had no choice but to make Yin Rong the crown prince again, but he did not expect that after only three years, Yin Rong was deposed again, and Kangxi was wise in his life, but he broke his heart for the affairs of the prince.
After the crown prince YinRong was deposed again, Jing Concubine Shi entered Kangxi's vision and gradually gained favor, although Kangxi was nearly sixty years old at the time, but he still had a strong fertility and let Jing Concubine conceive a dragon fetus. Concubine Jing eventually gave birth to a crown prince on November 28, 52 of the Kangxi Dynasty, the twenty-third son of the Emperor, Yin Qi.
It is said that two years before Yin Qi was born, Yin Chan, who was then the Prince of Yong, gave birth to a son from the concubine Niu Hulu clan in the palace, named Yuan Shou, and later changed his name to Hongli, that is, the famous Qianlong Emperor. In other words, Yin Qi, who was the son of Kangxi, was two years younger than Qianlong, the nephew of Kangxi's grandson.
Although Jing Concubine gave birth to a prince for the elderly Kangxi, due to her special status, especially with a Han Chinese background, Kangxi did not crown Jing Concubine, and throughout the Kangxi Dynasty, Jing Concubine was always a concubine.
However, after all, Jing Concubine gave birth to a son for Kangxi, and her son Yin Qi was young and did not participate in the struggle to seize the concubine, which laid the foundation for the good death of Jing Concubine's mother and son.
After Yongzheng succeeded to the throne, he honored the Kangxi concubines who gave birth to princes, and Shi Shi was honored as an imperial jade nobleman. After Qianlong succeeded to the throne, the Shi clan was once again honored and honored as the concubine of Emperor Jingzu.
As we all know, after Yongzheng succeeded to the throne, he followed Kangxi's will and let those old concubines who had princes out of the palace to live, according to this custom, after Qianlong succeeded to the throne, there were also some princes who requested to take their mothers to live in the palace, such as Prince Zhuang Yunlu and Prince Guo Yunli, but these were all rejected by Qianlong, perhaps Qianlong thought that there was something wrong with doing so. However, Qianlong promised to let these concubines stay in their sons' mansions for a period of time every Spring Festival, and the Jing Concubine Shi clan also enjoyed this treatment.
It is worth mentioning that by the sixteenth year of Qianlong, as a concubine of the Holy Ancestor Concubine, Jing Concubine already had the treatment of a concubine, and the sleeping palace where she lived was Ningshou Palace. On the sixth day of June in the 23rd year of Qianlong, Concubine Jing died at the Age of 70 at ningshou Palace.

As we said above, among Kangxi's many sons, Yin Qi was only older than the twenty-fourth son of the Emperor, Yin Qi, the Prince of Yin, and when many of Kangxi's sons were fighting for the throne, Yin Qi was still only a baby, and he had no chance to participate in the struggle to seize the throne, which instead became Yin Qi's protective umbrella.
After Yongzheng succeeded to the throne, he did not take much care of this young brother, but only gave a title of Duke of Zhenguo, perhaps because Yin Qi was too young. After Qianlong succeeded to the throne, he took good care of this imperial uncle who was younger than himself, and directly mentioned Belle from the rank of Duke of Zhenguo, "Kao's brother has been en promoted to the title, but Allow Qi Shang to be the Duke of Qi, and the title is Baylor, in order to show the intention of Being thick and affectionate."
However, this Yin Qi is not a qualified prince, and his life can be said to be a series of small mistakes.
In the second year of Qianlong's succession, he was punished for not managing the Lama Temple properly. However, Qianlong Nian was a heavy man in Yinqi, and still made his premier Sanling affairs in charge of guan defense. However, unexpectedly, in the nineteenth year of Qianlong, Yin Qi was severely criticized by Qianlong for the arrears of rent in the Yongjiku of the Qing Dynasty, and was demoted from Baylor to Zhenguo Gong.
After this mistake, Qianlong never gave this imperial uncle a chance again, and it was not until the forty-seventh year of Qianlong that Yin Qi, who was already 70 years old, was restored to the level of Baylor, and although he was subsequently crowned as the king of the county, he was only a false title and did not enjoy the county king.
On July 27, 50 years of Qianlong, Yin Qi died of illness at the age of 73.
