At the same time, the major work arrangements and work development of the procuratorial organs at higher levels, as well as the hot work of social concern and the handling process of major and difficult cases, must be promptly reported to the people's congresses and asked for instructions, and the system of work reports should be further improved and perfected, so that the reporting work and acceptance of supervision have gradually embarked on the track of regularization, institutionalization, and standardization. The Anda Procuratorate has set up a report writing team headed by the chief procurator and the leader in charge to grasp the report and do a good job in writing the report. On the eve of the convening of the people's congress, the draft procuratorial work report is sent to the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress for review, and the leaders of the procuratorate are to lead the team to thoroughly solicit the opinions and suggestions of the people's congress deputies.
Always pay attention to handling the motions, opinions, and suggestions put forward by people's congress deputies. Establish mechanisms for handling people's congress deputies' motions and opinions and suggestions, arrange for special personnel to supervise and handle them, ensure that the opinions and suggestions put forward by people's congress deputies are handled and replied to in a timely manner, and do a good job of explaining those that cannot be implemented or cannot be completed in a short period of time, so as to win the understanding of people's congress deputies.
Always pay attention to liaison and communication with people's congress deputies. Invite people's congress deputies to participate in procuratorial work at appropriate times, periodically inform people's congress deputies of the situation of procuratorial work, and listen to their opinions and suggestions on procuratorial work. Where deputies are unable to attend, they shall promptly send their work information to the npc deputies and MEMBERS of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Up to now, people's congress deputies, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and people's supervisors have been invited to supervise public hearings and announcements on procuratorial case-handling activities 19 times, giving full play to their supervisory role.
