In recent years, the District Education Bureau has always put adolescent mental health education in the first place in moral education, and took the lead in setting up the "Yingze District Student Mental Health Studio" and the "Yingze District Family Education Guidance Center" in the city, and established a three-level mental health prevention mechanism and a psychological crisis intervention mechanism in combination with the new requirements for carrying out student mental health work in the new era. In addition, mental health teaching and research, curriculum research and development, and subject research are all at the forefront of the province, and the threshold has been moved forward, prevention is the priority, and active intervention has been achieved.

During the Student Mental Health Publicity and Education Month, the District Education Bureau carefully designed activities such as the 4th Family Education Sharing Meeting, Mental Health Education for Secondary School Students, Group Counseling for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, and Bridging Education from Primary to Junior High School, among which the 4th Family Education Sharing Meeting held on May 14 attracted wide attention.

Focusing on the psychological characteristics of adolescents and how schools carry out psychological crisis intervention, Xu Kaiwen gave on-site lectures to more than 150 principals of primary and secondary schools in the district, leaders in charge of related work and front-line mental health teachers, and carried out practical training on the pain points and difficulties of schools in mental health education, so as to effectively improve the mental health education level of primary and secondary school teachers in the district.
In addition, Xu Kaiwen also gave a keynote lecture entitled "Teenagers in the Flower Season, Be the Master of Their Emotions" for middle school students in the district, which analyzed the mental health problems faced by teenagers in simple terms and provided many practical suggestions and solutions.
