In the Shaanzhou District Public Security Bureau of Sanmenxia City, there is such a policeman, who has made great achievements in the battle of the criminal police and has made extraordinary achievements in cadre network supervision. He is Wang Qi, the captain of the network supervision brigade of the Shaanzhou District Public Security Bureau and a first-class police superintendent.

Wang Qi, 31, has spent 10 years in his police career. After arriving at the network supervision brigade, Wang Qi immersed himself in the study of telecommunications network fraud cases, comprehensively analyzed them, and explored two work techniques and tactics for cracking down on network fraud. The first is to strictly prevent: use multiple channels to widely publicize anti-fraud work. 312 anti-fraud messages were released on Weibo, WeChat public accounts, and Douyin; 12 anti-fraud propaganda lectures were carried out, radiating more than 20,000 people in the jurisdiction; and using telephone and text messages to warn and dissuade more than 800 people. The second is to strike hard: make full use of the advantages of science and technology warfare, information warfare, synthetic warfare, and evidence warfare to crack more than 770 cases involving fraud and online gambling, and arrest more than 180 criminal suspects.

In May 2019, he went to Shenzhen and Zhuhai, which lasted 72 days, eliminated 4 criminal dens in one fell swoop, arrested 17 criminal suspects, and seized more than 3 million yuan of stolen money. At the same time, Wang Qi also actively participated in the special action of "sweeping away criminal syndicates and eliminating evil forces", "6.3 extraordinarily large telecommunications fraud case", "12.26 illegal business case", "4.27 online gambling case" and other major projects.

In December 2020, Wang Qi went to serve as the captain of the network supervision brigade of the Shaanzhou District Public Security Bureau, leading all the police of the network supervision brigade to purify the network environment and increase the intensity of online inspections, as of now, the inspection data has exceeded 10,000; in the inspection, 9 administrative cases violating the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China were found and investigated; the investigation of cases was increased, providing technical support for special actions such as "Liangjian No. 1", "Net Clean Action" and "Thunder Action", and analyzing and judging and excavating more than 50 clues in massive data. Assisted the actual combat unit to successfully detect more than 20 cases, and 43 criminal suspects were arrested successively.
