Gouzhuang Waterscape Garden community in the colorful flags fluttering, surrounded by greenery, the tall door reads "Welcome home".
The community is located in Gouzhuang Village, Liangzhu Street, south of Palm Road, east of Moganshan Road, and west of Beijiu Road. The master plan uses traditional Chinese garden techniques, combining stones, potted plants, forests and ponds to create a distinctive residential area.
The community is surrounded by AEON Mall, Vientiane City, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (Liangzhu Branch), Gudun Road Primary School, Liangzhu Second Primary School (Gouzhuang Campus) and other supporting facilities, with commercial, medical and educational resources.
The delivery involves 465 households in Gouzhuang Village and 109 households in Wannianqiao Community, with a total of 574 resettlement households and 2,018 houses, including 147 units of 160 square meters and 1,871 units of 80 square meters.
Under the guidance of the staff, the resettlement households completed the sign-in, data review, fund settlement, delivery confirmation signing, property fee payment and other processes in an orderly manner, and happily "signed" the long-awaited new house.
"I've come to see the house before, and I'm very satisfied with the house type and community environment, and I finally got the key today, I'm very happy!" After going through all the formalities, Wu Weifei and his wife, who were resettled in Group 6 of Gouzhuang Village, said with a smile after receiving the bag containing the house keys and materials from the staff.
At present, the settlement and delivery work is still being carried out in an orderly manner and will last until May 18.
Promoting the construction and delivery of resettlement housing with high quality is the top priority to ensure the improvement of people's livelihood. Since the beginning of this year, Yuhang has been working hard to speed up the construction of resettlement housing projects, and up to now, 110,200 square meters of resettlement housing have been started, 1,773,300 square meters have been completed, and 2,800 households have been resettled.
