My well-renovated new European-style house, which used to be a symbol of fashion and taste, has only been living for a year and has faced some challenges due to my busy schedule. Since I work in sales and need to go out a lot, I decided to bring my mother-in-law from the countryside in the hope that she can help pick up and drop off the children, prepare meals for the family, and also give her a chance to experience city life.
Before my mother-in-law came to town, I specially purchased a variety of practical ready-made drying racks for her, hoping that she could dry her clothes more conveniently. However, unexpectedly, she didn't seem to be used to using these drying racks, and she always hung them in various corners of the balcony every time she dried her clothes, causing the whole balcony to look cluttered and obscured, which bothered me a lot. I wanted to find a better way to satisfy my mother-in-law's habits while keeping my home tidy and comfortable.
I have communicated with my mother-in-law many times in the hope that she can understand and respect the decoration style of the home, especially in the matching of colors. However, despite my many stresses, the European style of the home was still inadvertently decorated with a bright red cloth, which made me feel very helpless. When colleagues visited, they all expressed their puzzlement, thinking that the original elegant European decoration and this red cloth looked nondescript. I know that it is not easy to change one's habits, but I will continue to work hard to find a balance between preserving the warmth of home and maintaining the harmony of the decoration style.
I won't clean it up at all, every time I put my clothes on the bed like this, I obviously have a wardrobe but I don't use it, don't rural people have the habit of tidying up?
The chairs are not neatly arranged, and if this continues, I don't think it will take a year to basically destroy this new home!
She wanted to put the trash can in the kitchen in the living room, and I was speechless!
I can't stand everything when I throw it on the bed!
