Oriental Holy City Network Surabaya News (Correspondent Bao Qinghua Bao Qingmiao) "Professor Cui, you see I have four chicken sheds, can I grow red pine mushrooms when I don't raise chickens now?" Professor Cui, I don't have a greenhouse in the woodland to grow red pine mushrooms?" Professor Cui, is this kind of wool fungus beneficial? How much can a bag produce?" ...... On May 22, in the Longwan Lake fungus planting base in Dongzhongdu Village, Shengshuiyu Town, you said a word to me, more than a dozen planting and breeding households gathered the edible mushroom research experts who came to teach, and everyone was interested in discussing the edible mushroom planting technology, and the lively atmosphere gradually drove away the cool air after the rain. In this lively study environment, the students who ask questions are a group of large planters from various villages in Surabaya, and the lecturer is Cui Changling, an edible mushroom research expert at the Jiyuan Biotechnology Research Center in Shandong Province, and this "teacher-student Q&A" scene does not occur in the classroom or at the training meeting, but at the production site.

Surabaya County Longwan Lake fungus planting base is the first secretary of the industrial project. In May 2017, after the Propaganda Department of the Surabaya County Party Committee was stationed in the village, on the basis of extensive discussion and research, visits to cadres and the masses, the revitalization of the village idea of "base projects to strengthen the collective economy, industrial development to drive villagers to get rich" was determined, and a high-efficiency agricultural demonstration park was started in the north of the village. Invested 640,000 yuan to plan and build 5 winter ambiguous greenhouses to grow cherries and passion fruit; Invested more than 600,000 yuan, transferred 26 acres of land, planned and built the Longwan Lake fungus planting base in Surabaya County, established the Longwan Lake Fungus Planting Professional Cooperative in Surabaya County, reached a technical cooperation agreement with a biotechnology company in Yutai, adopted the operation mode of "company + cooperative + farmer", from the cultivation and promotion of fine seeds to product processing, the implementation of "mouth-to-mouth" management, to achieve the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development. At present, more than 200,000 bags of fungus cultivated in the winter of 2017 have entered the first tide harvest period, and the net income per mu is expected to reach 40,000 yuan. In order to further strengthen the collective economy of the village, the second phase of the base project will be launched this autumn, with another investment of 1 million yuan, expansion of greenhouses, and supporting construction such as strain cultivation, so that the annual production scale of the base will reach 1 million bags. In addition, Dongzhongdu Village also carried out a one-acre cultivation experiment of red pine mushrooms, and has fully mastered the production technology, and the products have been widely promoted in major hotels. At the same time, in order to elongate the industrial chain of fungus and red pine mushrooms, a new air dryer has been added, focusing on improving the added value of agricultural and sideline products produced by the base.

Relying on the well-grown red pine mushroom and fungus in Dongzhongdu Village, the promotion and observation meeting of the red pine mushroom planting project was successfully held here, allowing experts to enter the greenhouse and farmers to enter the base, realizing the organic combination of the rich theoretical knowledge of the experts and the on-site teaching of the Longwan Lake fungus planting base, so that the training and observation effect were doubled. It is worth mentioning that many of the trainees who participated in this training were previously large breeders, many of whom have retired, leaving behind "empty" breeding sheds, and this training has undoubtedly sent them new ideas for development, new roads to get rich, and realized the circular economy path of "retiring and changing seeds".
