Now we have completed the cultivation of two sheds of morel mushrooms, and the cultivation of nine sheds of red matsutake mushrooms is in the process of preparation. Because it is the first time to plant red matsutake in Zhangxian County, it has relatively high requirements for the environment, we are now sterilizing and disinfecting the shed, all the materials have been prepared, and now they are neatly placed in the factory, and we will complete the planting of red matsutake before the end of April.
Red matsutake mushroom, also known as large globular mushroom, red mushroom, kidney mushroom, rich in protein and a variety of mineral elements and vitamins that are beneficial to the human body, has a wide range of therapeutic value, has the effect of anti-cancer and prevention of "three highs". Wild red matsutake mushrooms have very high requirements for climate and growth environment, and generally grow in pollution-free and inaccessible deep mountain forests. In recent years, after artificial cultivation, large-scale planting has been realized, and at present, Dingxi Yuanshun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has been successfully introduced into Sancha Village, Sancha Town, Zhangxian County for the first planting.
The market prospect of red matsutake mushroom is good, according to the person in charge of the base, the strain and fungus input of each greenhouse is about 15,000 yuan, and it is expected that each greenhouse can produce more than 3,000 kilograms of red matsutake mushroom every year, the market wholesale price is more than 30 yuan per kilogram, and the estimated net income of each greenhouse is more than 20,000 yuan. At the same time, the planting and harvesting period can drive more than 30 people from the surrounding villagers to work.
