At the Expo, documents such as the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Coordinated Development of Advanced Manufacturing Industries in the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta" (hereinafter referred to as the "Planning") and the "Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor to Build an Internationally Influential Science and Technology Innovation Corridor and the Index System for Important Innovation Sources in China" were successively released, injecting new momentum into the collaborative innovation and development of the nine cities.
Among them, the "Planning" aims at the international advanced industrial system, focuses on the five leading industries of integrated circuits, biomedicine, civil aviation, digital economy and future science and technology, outlines the "five-chain coordination" path of industrial chain penetration, value chain complementarity, supply chain docking, data chain sharing, and innovation chain integration, and formulates construction drawings for promoting the comprehensive and coordinated development of advanced manufacturing in the G60 science and technology innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta.
At the meeting, the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Fund was released, using finance to press the "fast-forward button" for the "first kilometer" of scientific and technological achievements transformation. Different from other funds, the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Fund takes into account both profitability and public welfare. The 50% share of the fund will focus on the early and medium-term projects of seven strategic emerging industries such as integrated circuits, biomedicine and artificial intelligence in nine cities, driving more social capital to invest in scientific and technological innovation, and promoting the transformation of more scientific and technological achievements into real productivity in the market-oriented operation mode of professional financial teams.
In addition, 13 of the first batch of G60 science and technology innovation corridor industry and finance in the Yangtze River Delta combined with high-quality development demonstration parks such as Tusspi Caohejing Science and Technology Park, Kunshan Small Nucleic Acid and Biomedicine Industrial Park were awarded; a number of joint procurement of the Expo, leading enterprises to promote cross-regional cooperation, and major strategic collaboration projects were signed in a centralized manner; the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Specialized New SME Collaboration Alliance was established; the "g60 StarLink" plan was released, and the nine cities will actively promote joint technological research and work together to create a "g60 star chain" For the leading satellite Internet cluster, do better and stronger and bigger digital economy.
From January to September this year, the GDP of the nine cities in the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta was 5.46 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.9% year-on-year; the general public budget revenue was 680.504 billion yuan, an increase of 15.61% year-on-year, and the growth rate was higher than that of the whole country and the Yangtze River Delta. There were 1.5076 million new market entities, an average of more than 5,522 new households per day. At present, the GDP of the nine cities has risen to 1/15 of the country; nearly 29,000 high-tech enterprises have gathered, accounting for 1/10 of the country; 82 enterprises have been listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, more than 1/5 of the total number of the country; the SSE G60 Composite Index and the Chengzhi Index have risen strongly, higher than the CSI 500 Index and the CSI Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Theme Index in the same period.
Songjiang, as the source of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, generated a positive growth of 70 consecutive months of local fiscal revenue of 23.687 billion yuan from January to October this year, a strong increase of 19.4% under the premise of a high growth base for several consecutive years. Tencent Cohen Laboratory, Youtu Lab and a number of innovative elements have accelerated their convergence, and the g60 Brain Intelligence Science and Technology Innovation Base is about to enter the industrialization stage.
