At present, as a key project of "Songjiang G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Digital Economy Innovation Industrial Cluster", the satellite Internet industry has been approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China to declare the pilot project of innovative industrial cluster. On August 4 this year, the "g60" and "Songjiang" satellites were successfully launched.

Strengthen the ability to source scientific and technological innovation

The G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta includes 9 cities (districts) along the G60 National Expressway and The Shanghai-Suhu and Shanghe-Hangzhou High-Speed Railways, Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province, Hangzhou City, Huzhou City, Jiaxing City and Jinhua City in Zhejiang Province, and Hefei City, Wuhu City and Xuancheng City in Anhui Province, with a total area of 76,200 square kilometers.

At present, the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta has been included in the Outline of the Regional Integration Development Plan for the Yangtze River Delta, the National 14th Five-Year Plan and the Outline of Long-term Goals for 2035, rising to an important platform for national strategies.

In the past three years, the GDP of the nine cities in the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta has increased from 1/16 to 1/15, local fiscal revenue from 1/15 to 1/12, market entities from 1/18 to 1/16, and the number of high-tech enterprises from 1/12 to 1/10 of the country. There are 82 listed enterprises on the science and technology innovation board in nine cities, more than 1/5 of the national total.

From January to September this year, the GDP of the nine cities was 5.46 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.9% year-on-year; the general public budget revenue was 680.504 billion yuan, an increase of 15.61% year-on-year, and the growth rate was higher than that of the whole country and the Yangtze River Delta. There were 1.5076 million new market entities, an average of more than 5,522 new households per day. The investment in industrial fixed assets in the nine cities increased by 16.78% year-on-year, higher than the national year-on-year increase of 12.20%, and the total amount of foreign capital actually utilized in the nine cities accounted for 1/5 of the national proportion.

According to the "Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Construction Plan" issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments, by 2022, the construction of the science and technology innovation corridor will begin to show results. By 2025, a science and technology innovation corridor with international influence will be basically completed. It has formed a number of world-class manufacturing clusters, and its status in the industrial division of labor and value chain at home and abroad has been significantly improved, and it has become an important source of innovation in China. The intensity of regional R&D investment has reached more than 3.2%, and the added value of strategic emerging industries has accounted for 18% of regional GDP.

Shan Xiangqian, secretary of the Wuhu Municipal Party Committee, said that at present, the R&D investment in wuhu has reached 3.34%, and the target of more than 3.2% of the R&D intensity of the G60 region in 2025 has been completed ahead of schedule. The driving force index of scientific and technological innovation ranks sixth in the Yangtze River Delta.

Wu Qingwen said that last year, Suzhou's R& D investment accounted for 3.78% of GDP, high-tech industries accounted for 51%, strategic emerging industries accounted for 56%, the city's high-tech enterprises exceeded 10,000, of which 210 were listed companies, and the number of listed companies on the science and technology innovation board reached 36, ranking third in the country after Beijing and Shanghai.

At present, the total number of national, provincial and municipal key laboratories and engineering research centers in the nine cities has now reached 1262, and there are 196 colleges and universities, which is an important source of basic research and scientific and technological innovation in the country.

"We will focus on strengthening the ability to source scientific and technological innovation and accelerate the gathering of major research platforms and research institutes." Cheng Xiangmin said that as an integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and an important platform for national strategy, the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta will aim at the international advanced science and technology innovation capabilities and industrial system, and continue to promote major innovations in science and technology and systems from 0 to 1 as a breakthrough, catalyzing the drastic changes in the innovation elements of the Yangtze River Delta and stimulating the new momentum of the industrial chain to accelerate fission.

Established the New SME Alliance of Specialized Specialties

At the meeting on the same day, the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Specialized Special New SME Collaboration Alliance was established, which is the fifteenth industrial alliance of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor and the first comprehensive industrial alliance of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.

Since 2018, the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor has established 14 industrial alliances and 11 industrial cooperation demonstration parks. At present, the nine cities of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta have cultivated 339 national-level specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises. Among them, Songjiang District has given full play to the leading role of the G60 science and technology innovation corridor in innovation, and has cultivated 39 national-level "specialized and special new" small giant enterprises and more than 380 municipal "specialized and special new" small and medium-sized enterprises.

Different from other industry alliances, the Specialized Special New SME Collaboration Alliance will develop in conjunction with other industrial alliances to help the G60 nine-city industrial chain supplementary chain and strong chain and industrial integration development, turn their respective advantages into overall advantages, so as to enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry.

The "14th Five-Year Plan for The Coordinated Development Plan for advanced manufacturing industries in the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor of the Yangtze River Delta" released on the same day proposes that aiming at the international advanced industrial system, the g60 focuses on "strengthening regional linkage development and jointly building a world-class industrial cluster", focusing on the five leading industries of integrated circuits, biomedicine, civil aviation, digital economy, and future science and technology, and integrating the "five chains of collaboration" through industrial chain penetration, value chain complementarity, supply chain docking, data chain sharing, and innovation chain integration. Promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of advanced manufacturing industry in the G60 science and technology innovation corridor in the Yangtze River Delta.

Released the 10 billion scientific and technological achievements transformation fund

On the same day, the first phase of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Fund with a scale of 10 billion yuan was released.

Under the guidance of the Ministry of Science and Technology, led by the Joint Office of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, jointly funded by the people's governments of nine cities, and jointly initiated by the introduction of social capital, the fund is the first cross-regional scientific and technological achievement transformation fund in the Yangtze River Delta, with Haifu Industrial Investment Fund Management Company under Haitong Securities as the fund manager.
