Fan Zhongyan's life was fateful, and he did not fall into the ambition of Qingyun (desperately working hard for the country and the people), we interpret his four times he was degraded:

2. When he was serving as Zuo Sizhi, he was convicted of deposing Empress Guo and degraded Mu Prefecture. Colleagues said: "Fan Jun's visit is more and more glorious!" When he was degraded to Muzhou, he wrote the "Ten Absolutes of Tonglu County", and the "Ten Absolutes of Tonglu Road", which made Emperor Renzong love him very much. During this period, he also famously had a sentence in the "Records of Mr. Yan's Ancestral Hall": "The clouds and mountains are cang, and the rivers and rivers are full of water." 3. Be humble and honest, and abstain from pride.

The words and papers must not be discarded, and must be repaid;

Do things according to heaven, cherish and cherish life.

Practice the Eight Virtues of the World, cultivate the ancestral gods;

Children and grandchildren are firm in their hearts and grow good roots in a family.
