Ingredients
1 tsp of lean pork (or other) piece of salt
1 tbsp cumin powder 2 tsp pepper
1 tsp vegetable oil to taste onion
Shredded green onion and ginger to taste
Grill cumin salt fried meat in steps
1. Cut the lean meat into thin and moderately thick slices, and cut the onion into strips (the onion can be avoided or replaced with shredded onion and ginger).
2. Add salt, black pepper, cumin powder and all other excipients.
3. Grasp well, put in the crisper freezer and refrigerate for one night.
4. Fry the slices of meat on a flat sheet over medium-low heat without oil.
5. Turn over halfway through, fry until browned on both sides, and sprinkle some cumin and pepper before cooking.
6. If you eat spicy, sprinkle some chili noodles. After the meat is fried, the onion is also delicious, and I will not shoot it here.
Tips
1. Meat can be replaced with whatever you like to eat ~ 2. Onion can be omitted, or replaced with shredded onion and ginger, thrown away when frying. 3. It is best to marinate overnight, so that it tastes, at least not less than 3 hours. 4. Fried meat should not be too much moisture, it is best to dry the water with a paper towel or dry it by hand before frying. 5. Use a flat bottom non-stick pan, otherwise it is easy to dip the pan.
