Hello everyone, welcome to Little Fat to talk about history.

Today is November 8, 2021, and on this day in 1875, the famous Xinhai heroine Qiu Jin was born.

On November 8, 146 years ago, Qiu Jin was born in the gentle water town of Jiangnan - Shaoxing. She was not a child of an ordinary family, and her father was Qiu Shounan, the inspector of Fujian at the end of the Qing Dynasty, who was roughly equivalent to the current governor or provincial party secretary.

How did a gentle and delicate lady of the Jiangnan official family embark on the road of democratic revolution and cultivate a fierce and courageous character?

This was inseparable from her daughter's slave and open-minded inspector father.

Qiu Jin was reluctant to wrap her feet, and her father said, if she didn't wrap herself, she wouldn't wrap it; Qiu Jin wanted to study, and her father invited a one-on-one general education tutor; Qiu Jin herself was also angry, and at a young age, she wrote a lot of good poems like a decent one- what is "the ancient controversy over the female head, the red face Who said not to be a marquis?" "Mo Zhong boy thin daughter, Shi Xin hero also has a female." ”

At that time, Qiu Jin was determined to be a heroine like Qin Liangyu and Shen Fangying, and she had already begun to see the signs.

Qiu Father smiled and squinted at the imposing baby daughter, who could have imagined that the title of heroine was mostly accompanied by sacrifice and blood, and the white-haired people could not avoid sending the black-haired people to part.

Qiu Jin, who has grown up, has really lived a leisurely life of marriage and children for several years.

Today in history: "Daughter Slave" Dad created the heroic road of Qiu Jin, the heroine of Jianhu Lake

The iron hooves of the Eight-Nation Alliance shattered the gates of the country, and Qiu Jin witnessed the shattering of mountains and rivers and the unspeakable misery of the people, but the rulers of the Qing Dynasty were still spending their days and drinking, and the flame of saving the country and saving the people was burning in her chest, but no one understood her, and even her husband regarded her as a digression.

In 1904, with the help of her friends, Qiu Jin broke through the shackles of the feudal family and went east to Japan to study at her own expense.

Gentle as water, the little woman of Jiangnan grew up to be a female chivalrous guest who sang and fought swords on the road of revolution.

After strengthening his faith, Qiu Jin joined the League and quickly became the backbone of the revolutionary rebel army.

In 1907, Qiu Jin's revolutionary comrade-in-arms Xu Xilin failed in the Anqing Uprising, and was sentenced to the death of the Qing government. His brother was unable to resist torture and betrayed Qiu Jin, who was preparing for another uprising.

Soon, the Qing army surrounded Qiu Jin's Datong Academy, Qiu Jin let the others take the opportunity to break through, and he insisted on staying behind to fight the Qing army head-on, "The revolution will only succeed if it bleeds, and I can't leave." ”

In fact, she knew that if the Qing army did not see her, it would not give up, and other revolutionary colleagues would also be implicated.

After being arrested, Qiu Jin suffered all kinds of torture and did not spit out a word until she was righteous.

When the news of his wife's sacrifice came, wang Tingjun, her husband, who had always spoken coldly and opposed Qiu Jin's revolution, was so grief-stricken that he died of grief within a few days. Before dying, he had him and Qiu Jin, who was buried on the shore of the West Lake, buried together, hoping that the two would still see each other in the next life.

Later generations have poems praising:

Qiankun waited for the light to be restored, and the severed head did not smile at the daughter's body.

He was young and honest [lěi] withered away, and reported the first few springs of my country.

Okay, that's it for today, and we'll see you tomorrow.
