Created by the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Northern Performing Arts Group, the commentary drama "Revolutionary Family" created by the Tianjin Critics Theater has recently been successfully premiered in our city. After watching the performance, many experts and scholars have given pertinent evaluations to this play.
The commentary "Revolutionary Family" is based on the oral autobiography "My Family" by "Revolutionary Mother" Tao Cheng. The drama's producer and lead actor Zeng Zhaojuan, literary director Sheng Heyu, screenwriter Xu Xinhua, director Zhang Manjun.
Wang Kui, director of the Xiqu Research Institute of the China Academy of Arts, believes that the main creative team of this drama has seen faith from the course of the centenary of the founding of the party, and found greatness in the process of establishing, chasing and adhering to faith. Just like the Fang Cheng family shown in the plot, it is the process of searching. This work has a shocking power, but also a shining point, is an excellent modern drama.
