One of my favorite dishes as a child, I think instant noodles must be one of them.
I remember when my dad came back from a business trip when I was happiest, because I could turn over instant noodles and some drinks in his bag every time. But at that time, I was young and my cooking skills were not good enough to make the tempting instant noodles on the outer packaging bag, and in retrospect, I was stuck in the beef step.
Today we will make a braised beef (noodle) on this poster, in fact, it does not exist only on the poster.

To make braised beef, you can choose steak meat and beef brisket, and steak meat is the part where the ribs are removed.
I use beef brisket for a total of 1000g
A little cooking wine, 1 spoonful of watercress paste, 1 handful of dried chili peppers, 2 star anise, 3 or 4 fragrant leaves, a small piece of cinnamon, 2 hawthorns, about 20 rock sugar.
1, the pot poured into most of the pot of water, beef brisket cold underwater pot, to a few points of cooking wine, blanched and fished out for later;
2, another pot, pour a little oil, when the oil temperature rises, pour the green onion, ginger into the pot, stir-fry out the aroma, pour in the brisket, continue to stir-fry evenly;
3, then, come to 1 spoonful of watercress sauce, stir-fry, stir-fry the aroma (if the watercress sauce has not been fried, there will be a taste, not too good smell)
4, beef brisket stir-fried and colored, pour warm water to hold the brisket flat, put a handful of dried chili peppers, 2 star anise, 3 or 4 pieces of fragrant leaves, a small piece of cinnamon, 2 hawthorn grains, rock sugar or so put into the pot together, stir well, cover the lid and simmer for 90 minutes; if it is a little pressure cooker, you can directly press the function key of stewing.
Small tips: Adding hawthorn can make the brisket stew more soft and rotten, if there is no hawthorn, you can also put a pinch of tea leaves, so that the stewed brisket is more soft and rotten, but does not affect its taste.
Beef brisket stew is a patient process, and for 90 minutes we can play a game or loosen the soil for the flowers.
Wait slowly, the time is up to the pot, see if this is the poster braised beef? A handful of noodles and a few slices of greens would be perfect.
The only drawback is that a cow can't make many bowls of roast beef noodles.
