
1. Soak glutinous rice in water one night in advance
2. Dice ham and sausage. Wash the corn peas and set aside.
3. Pour ham, sausage, pea corn into glutinous rice and stir. Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, oyster sauce and sugar and stir. Marinate for 20 minutes
4. After the bamboo tube is cleaned, add the stirred glutinous rice
5. Cover the lid and steam for 1 hour, the steaming time depends on the size of the bamboo tube, you can open it to see if it is cooked, and continue to steam if it is not cooked.
