According to the information released by the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, sucralose, also known as sucralose, is one of the sweeteners commonly used in food production, and it is also the closest sweetener to sucrose. Most studies consider sucralose to be a relatively safe food additive, but in recent years, some studies have found that sucralose and its hydrolysates have certain toxicity, so its safety needs to be further studied.
The reporter learned that the "National Standard for Food Safety And the Standard for the Use of Food Additives" (gb 2760-2014) stipulates that sucralose must not be used in wine. The reason for the detection of sucralose in wine may be that the production enterprise has illegally added it to improve the taste of the product, or it may be caused by the cross-contamination of the wine with other fermented or prepared wines during the production process.
The Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau said that for the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned sampling inspection, the market supervision department where the producers and operators are located has ordered the enterprise to find out the flow of products, recall and remove unqualified products, control risks, and analyze the reasons for rectification.
