Over the years, New Zealand wines have grown and successfully marketed, from obscurity to acclaim. So, what about the future of New Zealand wine? Can we see the explorability of New Zealand's famous wineries in the changes in style over the years? That's where the wine list of this masterclass comes in mind and what it explores at its core.

In the first set of comparisons, there are three different styles of Sauvignon Blanc, one is the classic style that makes New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc explode, the other is an attempt at a new terroir of biodynamic wineries, and then to the barrel Sauvignon Blanc after a slight age. Different attempts and explorations are a new interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc in New Zealand.
In the second group of comparisons, the three Pinot Noirs produced by New Zealand's "Mr. Pinot Noir" can be compared with the five-year vintage difference, which can be seen in the change of style and ageing ability, and the difference in different vineyards can explore the actual weight ratio of the terroir.
The third set of comparisons, the comparison of the four Pinot Noirs from Garage Winery in New Zealand, is also the same as the comparison of the former vintage, which focuses on the differences between different individual vineyards in the same vintage.
