On the morning of May 17, the Qi County Fire and Rescue Brigade and the Qi County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau jointly held a deployment meeting to open up the "life channel" work and the whole chain rectification of electric bicycle safety hazards.
At the meeting, Zhang Liang, the instructor of the Qi County Fire and Rescue Brigade, put forward a request for the work of opening up the "life channel" and the whole chain rectification of potential safety hazards of electric bicycles:
First, it is necessary to dynamically correct illegal behaviors such as locking safety exits, occupying evacuation channels, and setting up obstacles in violation of doors and windows, and normalize the cleaning of illegal construction structures, stalls, iron piles, cement piers, overhead pipelines, outdoor billboards, light boxes and other fixed obstacles that affect the passage of fire trucks, fire truck ascending operation surfaces and fire rescue windows, as well as vehicles that occupy the road, and implement standardized management of identification.
Second, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive self-inspection and self-improvement according to the "Notice on Deepening the Comprehensive Treatment of the "Life Channel" of Fire Protection" and the key points of rectification, thoroughly clean up the combustible debris piled up in the vertical tube shaft and the open outer corridor, strictly implement the "three autonomy, two openness and one commitment", and conscientiously perform the daily fire prevention inspection and inspection duties and emergency response procedures.
Third, it is necessary to carry out daily fire prevention inspections and night inspections of electric bicycle carports, standardize vehicle parking, carry out inspection and maintenance of charging facilities and fire-fighting facilities and equipment once a month, notify professionals in a timely manner to repair and maintain, post safety warning signs at the charging site, and dynamically correct the hidden dangers such as "flying wire charging" and "entering the building" of electric bicycles, and persuade the masses to take the initiative to rectify the problems as soon as they are found, and effectively implement the responsibility for the safety management of electric bicycle parking; It is necessary to further publicize and implement the "Fire Safety Requirements for Parking and Charging of Electric Bicycles in the Overhead Layer of Buildings" and "Guidelines for Fire Safety Management of Electric Bicycles".
At the end of the meeting, the fire prevention supervisors of the Qi County Fire and Rescue Brigade interpreted the "Fire Safety Technical Service Guidance Manual (Trial) for the Provincial Fire Protection "Life Channel" Action and trained the operation methods of fire protection facilities.
