"Little Anti-Japanese Hero Wang Erxiao"

Hello everyone, I am Kang Jiayi from Luohe Experimental Primary School. What I want to tell you today is the touching story of a small hero of the anti-Japanese resistance. This little hero is the cowherd Wang Erxiao.

During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Wang Erxiao's hometown was the anti-Japanese base area of the Eighth Route Army, and he was often "swept up" by Japanese devils. Wang Erxiao was a member of the Children's Regiment, and he often herded cattle on the hillside while giving sentry to the Eighth Route Army. On October 25, 1942, the Japanese devils came to "sweep" again, and when they reached the mountain pass, they got lost. Erxiao saw that the devil was going to go in the direction of the villagers, and his heart was anxious, so he sang the cow song and walked out. The devil saw him on the hillside and asked, "Child, your hard work, the cavalry of the eighth road, which side opened the way?" Novel 2: "You scared the cow away, and you lost my cow." The devil said, "Look at the cattle, work hard, you lead the way, my golden ticket is big." The second little eyeball rolled, "Okay, then." He led the devils around the mountain, and the cunning devils became suspicious and drew their battle knives to threaten Erxiao. Erxiao was very calm, but he pretended to be afraid and said to the devil, "There is a road over there, and you can find the eighth road by crossing it." The devil believed Erxiao and followed him to the ravine where the Eighth Route Army was ambushed. Erxiao shouted loudly, "Commander Wu, I've brought the devils here." As he cleverly ran from the ditch to the hill. Suddenly, gunshots rang out from all directions, and the enemy knew that he had been deceived, and in a fit of rage, he stabbed Wang Erxiao to death with a bayonet. The witty and brave little hero Wang Erxiao was brutally killed by the Japanese invaders at the age of 13.

At this moment, the Eighth Route Army rushed down from the mountain and destroyed all the enemies. In January 1989, the anti-Japanese hero "Wang Erxiao" was finally posthumously recognized as a martyr after 46 years of sacrifice.

Dear students, our happy life today is not easy to come by, the red scarf on our chest is dyed red with the blood of countless revolutionary martyrs, the little hero Wang Erxiao only paid his precious life for the victory of the Chinese revolution at the age of 13, and we, as young pioneers in the new era, must inherit the glorious traditions of revolutionary martyrs, love the motherland, love the people, study hard, and grow into a new person of the times who bears the great task of national rejuvenation.
