Wang Erxiao, whose real name is Yan Fuhua and pseudonym Wang Pu, is a Chinese young anti-Japanese hero. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Wang Erxiao's hometown was the anti-Japanese base area of the Eighth Route Army, and he was often "swept up" by Japanese devils. Wang Erxiao was a member of the children's regiment, and he often herded cattle on the hillside while giving sentry to the Eighth Route Army. On October 25, 1942, the Japanese devils came to "sweep" again, and when they reached the mountain pass, they got lost. The enemy saw Wang Erxiao herding cattle on the hillside and told him to lead the way. Wang Erxiao pretended to be obedient and walked in front, and in order to protect the displaced villagers, he led the enemy into the ambush circle of the Eighth Route Army. Suddenly, gunshots rang out from all directions, and the enemy knew that he had been deceived, and in a fit of rage, he stabbed Wang Erxiao to death with a bayonet. The witty and brave little hero Wang Erxiao was brutally killed by the Japanese invaders at the time when he was only 13 years old.
The story of Wang Erxiao is still praised many years later, and he has become a hero in the hearts of thousands of our children.
