method:
1. Make the skin first: Put the milk and sugar together in the beaten egg bowl and stir until saccharified.
2. Sift in glutinous rice flour and cornstarch and mix well.
3. Sift the batter into a disc, not too deep, it is easier to cook when steaming.
4. Wrap in plastic wrap and make a few small holes in it to prevent dripping water vapor.
5. Fill the steaming oven with filtered water.
6. Put the batter into the steaming oven, select the pure steaming function, set the temperature to 100 degrees, and the time is 30 minutes.
7. Remove the batter, the surface is condensed, no white batter.
8. Add the butter. There is no room temperature softening, and the temperature of the batter can directly soften the butter.
9. Stir with a spatula until the butter is absorbed, take it out and knead it by hand on the kneading pad for a few minutes, the dough can be drawn and not hardened the next day.
10. Wrap the kneaded dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later.
11. Start making tiger skin: Add caster sugar to the egg yolk.

13. Sift in the cornstarch and stir well with a spatula.

19. Roll out into thin slices and prepare a 7 cm large snow girl mold.
20. Place the skin in the mold.
21. Squeeze in the middle of the light cream and add two round slices of tiger skin cake (remember to use the scraps, you can first cut into several square tiger skins the size of the mold.)
22. Tighten the mouth and cut off the excess snow skin.
23. Release the mold and place on the gasket.
24. Place the cut tiger skin cake and gently press to fit the snow lady.
