Production Process:

5. Heat the pan and brush with rapeseed oil, put the pot sticker evenly into the pan, fry on low heat for about 1 minute, continue to fry until both sides are golden brown, until the filling is ripe. You can also fry on one side until 2 minutes later, take a small amount of water into the pot and cover, use the steam principle until the pot is mature.
【2】Cabbage shrimp pot sticker:
Ingredients: 500 grams of Wutory medium gluten flour, 150 grams of cabbage and eggs.
Seasoning: 15 grams of onion and ginger juice water, 10 grams of sesame oil, 5 grams of cooking wine, 1 gram of soy sauce, salt to taste.
Oil: rapeseed oil 50 g.
