Suichuan plate duck has a long history, and is favored by consumers in Hong Kong, Macao and Nanyang, and is known as the "king of wax flavor". The annual number of wool ducks in the county is 10 million birds, and the annual processing of plate ducks is 5 million, accounting for about 40% of the total export volume of the province.
In recent years, through the introduction of vacuum packaging technology, the development of "delicious white, tender meat and crisp bones, wax flavor, long shelf life, diverse flavor" as the characteristics of the sterilized vacuum packaging series of convenient plate duck, the product fills the blank of the plate duck processing industry in Jiangxi Province.
The product won the silver medal at the 1992 National Spark Program Expo, the "Most Popular Product Award" of the Jiangxi New Product and New Technology Fair in 1993, the Gold Award of the Hangzhou Spark Products International Expo in 1994 and the title of Excellent Spark Product of Jiangxi Province.
