2 large chicken thighs
Chestnut 100-150 g
5 cloves of garlic
Raw soy sauce 15 g
Rock sugar 15-20 g
Oyster sauce 5 g

1: Chop the chicken thighs in small pieces and blanch the water
2: Peel the chestnuts and set aside
