Ingredients: Vegetarian chicken - 250 g;

chestnuts – 1 can;

[Seasoning]

2 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 bowls of water, 1 tbsp starch, 2 tbsp sesame oil.

【Directions】

1 The vegetarian chicken is torn to a suitable size, fried in hot oil to a golden brown, and then fished out.

2 Stir fry the chestnuts in a frying pan and heat the chestnuts, add water, sugar and soy sauce and simmer over low heat.

3 When the soup in 2 pots is drying quickly, use water starch to outline the soup, serve and drizzle with sesame oil.
