Gao Shi and Du Fu are close friends, but above the career, the situation of the two people is very different, compared to Du Fu, Gao Shi is really too lucky. Everyone also knows that when the Anshi Rebellion broke out, Du Fu began a life of upheaval and displacement, and later he came to Chengdu and lived here for 5 years, which is Du Fu's misfortune, but it is also the honor of Chengdu today. Because the famous Chengdu Caotang is the place where he lived for nearly 4 years, in these years Du Fu wrote countless classic poems that have been passed down through the ages, and now it has become a cultural business card of Chengdu.
Gao Shi was different, in his prime, he and Li Bai Dufu traveled together with the three of them, and after separation, he not only won the examination, but also received the attention of Li Linfu. Coincidentally, a year before Li Linfu's fall, he had already resigned and entered the Goshuhan shogunate as an aide there, so that he not only avoided the purge of Li Linfu's party, but also succeeded in obtaining the protection of the famous generals of the time.
Although Du Fu's career is not smooth, but seeing that his friends are doing well, he is also happy for the other party, and will write to Gao Shi to express his happy mood for Gao Shi. In 760, Gao Shi went to Shu Prefecture to take up a post, and Du Fude went to visit him deliberately, at this time Gao Shi was nearly 60 years old, and Du Fu was already half a hundred years old. The two were extremely excited to meet this time, and after the two of them continued to exchange letters, countless poems were born here, and on the day of the seventh "human day" of the first lunar month in 761 AD (a traditional Chinese festival, on the seventh day of the first lunar month), Gao Shi remembered Du Fu again, so he had this poem.
The poem has a total of 12 sentences, each of which is a paragraph, divided into three paragraphs.
